Cà dei Fiori is located at 800 meters altitude in the Apennines Toscoemiliano the border of the Natural Park of the Corno alle Scale, in Lizzano in Belvedere (BO).
The company occupies 28 acres of land, including woods, areas for wild harvesting, fields planted with herbs and acres reserved for crop rotation.
Our Work
The main purpose for the choice in the cultivation methods and processing is to maintain all the properties of the plant. By necessity this also means that it is worked by hand and sieved with the utmost care.
The herbs are first cut and then dried using air heated by a solar panel system, then using special machines to separate, clean and shred the product, we are finally able to package them in bags or glass jars
